- If a product is not logged correctly, suspicion will fall on the person who handled the
- products and this could lead to a loss of job and income
- If equipment is not stored correctly and left where it was used last, it could lead to
- injury of animals or people and could lead to loss of income
- If faulty equipment is not reported and repaired it could lead to injury of animals or
- people
- If no record is being kept of new or used stock the budget will become irrelevant and
- will lead to loss of income for the organization
- All equipment, stock and materials should be stored correctly in case of emergency
- where time is of the essence
- Correctly label all products stored to prevent any misunderstanding
- Always be aware of equipment, stock and material numbers to prevent loss or theft
- If products are not labelled correctly it would be impossible to know when expiry dates
- have been exceeded
- Always store dry products in a cool, dry place to prevent pests such as beetles or mould
- to damage it
- Label products correctly to know the correct way of waste disposal
