Daily Log Book

Task 2

Design daily log book that allows for the description of your daily tasks and feedback both for yourself as well as your supervisor. Discuss to standardize the format, design and implement.

The current log book is a combination between the logbook that our facilitator designed and the logbook that one of our students designed.

The log book is divided into tasks which makes is easier to align with a unit standard, specific outcomes, and assessment criteria.

It gives space to describe the lesson learnt, which is where we write what we did as well as the new things that happened in our learning program.

There is space to write the student name and the date so as to follow on which day what happened.

There is also a space for the student, the facilitator and the manager to sign. This is just to establish the authenticity of the logbook.
